Kim Clement – False Teacher
KIM CLEMENT [1956-2016] died in 2016. He was sadly a False Prophet & False Teacher, and was involved in the Prosperity gospelis a Self Proclaimed Modern Day Prophet, who has Prophesied many times – of which many of these Prophecies have been proven False. Kim tells people only what their “Itching Ears” want to to Hear (2 Tim 4:3-4). True Prophets of God in the Scriptures called people to “Repent of their Sin & Turn to God.” They Prophesied about the Judgments of God for Sin— Old & New Testament Prophets. Kim shared on TBN the differences that he sees between an Old Testament Prophet & A New Testament Prophet (Kim Clement’s Quote is in BOLD). Kim Clement says that a New Testament Prophet is: “More Fun“…he continues to say: “I would say he doesn’t deal with the Sin Factor as much, in that we have the Holy Spirit that Convicts us and Convinces us…He doesn’t deal with that…alot of people come to me and say ‘Your not a real Prophet because you don’t deal with Man’s Sin….I’ve been led to draw the Treasure out of the Person so they can become what they were Destined to become.” (WHAT?! This is so CONTRARY to God’s Word!) Though Kim appears to be a very Nice and Sincere person, he is Duped & Deceived— sadly saying things that are CONTRARY to God’s Word. FYI too – Deut 18:21-22 makes it clear that if even ONE Prophecy is off, you are dealing with a False Prophet. This is Not some Personal Attack on Kim Clement— Compare what this man is saying with the Scriptures – Acts 17:11.
- Deuteronomy 18:20-22 The Lord says, “But any PROPHET who FALSELY CLAIMS TO SPEAK IN MY NAME or who speaks in the name of another god MUST DIE.’ “But you may wonder, ‘HOW WILL WE KNOW WHETHER OR NOT A PROPHECY IS FROM THE LORD?’ If the Prophet speaks in the Lord’s Name but HIS PREDICTION does NOT happen or COME TRUE, you will KNOW the the LORD did NOT give that MESSAGE. That PROPHET has spoken WITHOUT My Authority and NEED NOT BE FEARED.”
- FALSE PROPHETS are NOT interested in directing God’s People in HOLINESS or RIGHTEOUSNESS, but in telling people SMOOTH SOUNDING PROPHECIES, and/or whatever their “Itching Ears” want to hear. (2 Tim 4:1-5, Jer 14:13-15, Jer 23:1-40) In one of the Videos below Kim Clement Falsely Prophecies (gives a smooth sounding “Prophecy”) that there will be NO Recession. How wrong he was!
- Jeremiah 14:13-15 (NKJV) Jeremiah said to the Lord: “Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, the PROPHETS say (falsely)… ‘You shall not see the Sword, nor shall you have Famine, but I will give you assured Peace in this place.’ “And the LORD said to me, “The PROPHETS PROPHESY LIES IN MY NAME. I have NOT sent them, commanded them, NOR spoken to them; they PROPHESY to you a FALSE VISION , DIVINATION, a WORTHLESS THING, and the DECEIT of THEIR HEART. Therefore thus says the LORD concerning the PROPHETS who PROPHESY in My name, whom I did NOT send, and who say, ‘Sword and Famine shall not be in this land’–‘By Sword and Famine those Prophets shall be consumed!”
- Any Minister that DOESN’T Preach against SIN by showing people the Error’s of their way so they can overcome Sin (thru Christ) are FALSE PROPHETS.
- The Holy Spirit Can’t CONVICT People if they Don’t have PREACHERS who PREACH (like Jesus, John the Baptist,etc) against the Practice of SIN, & PREACH the TRUE GOSPEL. (2 Tim 4:1-5, Rom 10:14-15, John 16:8)
- Jeremiah 23:16-22 “The Lord of Heaven’s Armies says to His people: “Do NOT LISTEN to these PROPHETS when they PROPHESY to you, Filling you with FUTILE HOPES. They are MAKING UP EVERYTHING they SAY. They do NOT SPEAK FOR THE LORD! They keep saying to those who despise My Word, ‘Don’t Worry! The Lord says you will have Peace!’ And to those who Stubbornly Follow their own Desires, they say, ‘No Harm will come your way!’ “Have any of these Prophets been in the Lord’s Presence to hear what He is really saying? Has even one of them cared enough to listen? Look! The Lord’s Anger bursts out like a Storm, a Whirlwind that swirls down on the heads of the wicked. The Anger of the Lord will not diminish until it has finished all he has planned. In the Days to come you will understand all this very clearly. “I have NOT SENT these PROPHETS, yet they run around CLAIMING to Speak for ME. I Have given them NO MESSAGE, yet they go on PROPHESYING. IF they had Stood Before Me & Listened to Me, they would have Spoken My Words, and they WOULD have TURNED MY PEOPLE from their EVIL WAYS and DEEDS.“

- Kim Clement says: “..And there will also be critics that will be watching now because you don’t understand prophecy, and I understand that. Half the time I don’t even understand myself.”
- Kim Clement says, “..The Bible says we prophesy in part and when I prophesy, I prophesy what I hear. “Kim, are you ever Wrong?” Yes I am. So, if you’re out there to trick me or trip me up, you are wasting your time because I go to God three times a day and I pray. And if I’ve done something that may have misrepresented him I ask him to forgive me. If you don’t fully understand the prophecies it’s best that you don’t get up and try to pull me to pieces making out that I’m a false prophet. There’s a big difference between a false prophet and a true prophet. Now some of you and a lot of you wrote to me and you blessed me, and I thank you for that, but some of your wrote in with concerns that I said some things on this last broadcast where I prophesied from God which I will not apologize about, but I used some language.”
